Acceptance and eligibility
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ZeusDebt.com, including the Soft-Pull Review. By using the Site or submitting information, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy and Debt Relief Disclosures. Do not use the Site if you do not agree.
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into a contract, and located in the United States to submit a Soft-Pull Review. You may use the Site only for yourself or for another person who has authorized you to act.
What ZeusDebt provides
ZeusDebt provides general information, intake, review, and connection services for consumers exploring debt-consolidation or other debt options. Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, ZeusDebt does not itself lend money, guarantee credit, settle a debt, provide legal representation, provide tax advice, or act as a government agency.
Submitting information is not a credit application, approval, enrollment, offer, commitment to lend, promise to reduce debt, or creation of an attorney-client, fiduciary, or financial-adviser relationship.
Soft-pull authorization
If you check the authorization box and submit the Soft-Pull Review, you provide written instructions under the Fair Credit Reporting Act for ZeusDebt and its authorized consumer-reporting provider to obtain a consumer report solely to evaluate the debt-consolidation review you requested. You authorize a soft inquiry only. You do not authorize a hard credit inquiry through this Site intake.
You understand that a soft inquiry itself does not affect your credit score. Other actions—such as applying for credit, opening or closing accounts, missing payments, enrolling in a debt program, creditor reporting, or settlement activity—may affect credit independently of the soft inquiry.
Communications consent
When you submit contact information, you authorize ZeusDebt to contact you about the request by telephone, email, or text message, including through automated technology where permitted by law. Consent to marketing contact is not a condition of purchasing a product or service. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may revoke consent by replying STOP to a text, using an email unsubscribe method, or contacting us. Revocation does not affect communications already sent or communications that are permitted without consent.
A third-party provider may require its own separate contact consent or disclosures before contacting you or providing services.
No guaranteed result
Eligibility, approval, available programs, interest rates, payments, savings, fees, timing, creditor participation, tax consequences, and credit outcomes vary. No result is guaranteed. Estimates and educational content are illustrative and may change. A provider’s final written agreement and disclosures control over general Site content.
Provider agreements, fees, and enrollment
There is no fee to submit the Soft-Pull Review through this Site. If a provider offers a product or program, review the provider’s identity, licensing information, scope of service, fees, payment schedule, cancellation rights, risks, timing, and all required disclosures before enrolling. ZeusDebt does not authorize a provider to charge a fee that is prohibited by applicable law.
You are not required to accept an introduction, apply for credit, enroll in a program, stop paying a creditor, or take any other action merely because you submitted a review.
Accuracy and your responsibilities
You agree to provide information that is current, accurate, complete, and yours to provide. You are responsible for reviewing information before submission, protecting access to your devices and email, and promptly correcting material errors.
Permitted and prohibited use
You may use the Site only for lawful personal purposes. You may not impersonate another person; submit fraudulent or misleading information; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with Site operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy the Site at scale; bypass security or rate limits; use the Site to violate privacy, consumer-protection, telemarketing, intellectual-property, or other law; or use Site content to mislead consumers.
Electronic records and signatures
You consent to receive disclosures, notices, and records electronically when you interact with the Site. You may retain records by printing or saving them. Your electronic action—such as checking an authorization box and selecting Submit—may constitute your electronic signature and written instruction to the extent permitted by law.
Intellectual property
The Site, logo, design, text, graphics, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to ZeusDebt and are protected by applicable law. ZeusDebt grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the Site for personal, lawful purposes. No other rights are granted.
Third-party content and services
Third-party links, tools, providers, and services are provided for convenience or to respond to your request. ZeusDebt does not control every third party and is not responsible for its independent acts, omissions, availability, terms, privacy practices, products, services, or claims. Review the third party’s documents before proceeding.
Site availability and disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” ZeusDebt disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeusDebt and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or loss of opportunity arising from Site use. Any direct liability will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid ZeusDebt to use the Site during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim or $100. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify ZeusDebt from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Site, material breach of these Terms, fraud, or violation of another person’s rights. This section does not require indemnification for ZeusDebt’s own unlawful conduct.
Applicable law and mandatory rights
These Terms are governed by applicable federal and state law. Mandatory consumer-protection rights remain unaffected. A separate provider agreement may contain its own governing-law, venue, arbitration, or dispute-resolution provisions; review those provisions before entering that agreement. These Site Terms do not add a mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver.
Changes, suspension, and termination
We may update these Terms, modify or discontinue Site features, or suspend access to protect consumers, maintain security, comply with law, or address misuse. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
Severability, waiver, and entire agreement
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified only as necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and applicable Site disclosures, are the entire agreement governing general Site use; a separate provider agreement governs that provider’s product or service.
