Sources of information
We collect information directly from you; automatically from your browser or device; from advertising, analytics, security, and website-service providers; from a consumer-reporting provider when you give written authorization; and from a provider or professional involved in responding to your request.
How we use information
- Provide, administer, and improve the Site and Soft-Pull Review.
- Respond to inquiries and communicate about the request you submitted.
- Evaluate, organize, or route a request to an appropriate provider when you direct us to do so or when reasonably necessary to respond to your request.
- Obtain and use a soft credit inquiry when authorized and legally permitted.
- Maintain submission, authorization, compliance, and transaction records.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, spam, security incidents, and unlawful activity.

- Comply with law, enforce our agreements, and protect consumers, ZeusDebt, and others.
Soft credit inquiry and consumer reports
When you affirmatively authorize the Soft-Pull Review, you provide written instructions for ZeusDebt and its authorized consumer-reporting provider to obtain a consumer report solely for the debt-consolidation review you requested. The Site intake authorizes a soft inquiry only and does not authorize a hard credit inquiry.
A consumer report may be obtained or used only for a legally permissible purpose. Information governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act or another sector-specific privacy law may be subject to different rights, notices, and exemptions than information governed by general state privacy laws.
How we disclose information
We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients:
- Service providers and contractors that support hosting, forms, CRM, email, messaging, analytics, security, fraud prevention, customer support, document storage, or consumer-report access.
- Selected providers that may respond to the debt-review request, but only as reasonably necessary to fulfill your request, at your direction, or after an appropriate introduction and disclosure.
- Professional advisers, including attorneys, accountants, auditors, insurers, and compliance advisers.
- Government, regulatory, or legal recipients when disclosure is required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Site.
- Transaction participants in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, sale, restructuring, bankruptcy, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not authorize service providers to use personal information for purposes unrelated to the services they provide to us.
Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
ZeusDebt does not sell personal information for money. We may disclose information to a selected provider to respond to the request you submitted. Depending on the applicable state law and how a disclosure is structured, that disclosure or certain advertising activities may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for targeted advertising even when no money changes hands.
Your privacy choices: where applicable, you may request to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising by emailing admin@zeusdebt.com with the subject “Privacy Choice Request.” We also honor legally recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, where required and technically received.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 18. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics unrelated to providing the review or services you requested.
Cookies and similar technologies
The Site may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies for essential functionality, security, analytics, attribution, and—if enabled—advertising. Browser settings may allow you to block or delete these technologies, but essential Site features may not function properly. “Do Not Track” signals are not standardized; where applicable, we respond to legally recognized opt-out preference signals as described above.
Google Analytics: ZeusDebt uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits, navigation, device and browser information, referral and campaign data, and selected site interactions. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers and receive information such as IP-derived general location and device data. The Google Analytics measurement ID used on this Site is G-B6MRLTF2FK.
Retention
Retention periods vary by record type. We use criteria such as the status of your request, the period needed to provide services, consent and telemarketing recordkeeping requirements, fraud prevention, dispute and complaint handling, contractual obligations, and applicable statutes of limitation. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably necessary, unless continued retention is required or permitted by law.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, transmission method, or storage system is completely secure. Please do not send Social Security numbers, complete account numbers, passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive information through a general website form or email.
Communications choices
You may opt out of marketing email by using the unsubscribe method in the message. You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP, and request help by replying HELP. Message and data rates may apply. Transactional or legally required communications may continue when permitted. We will process opt-out and revocation requests within the period required by applicable law.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your state and our relationship with you, you may have the right to request access to or confirmation of personal information, correction, deletion, a portable copy, a list of certain third-party disclosures, or an opt-out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. You may also have a right to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information and to appeal a denied request.
To submit a request, email admin@zeusdebt.com and describe the right you wish to exercise. We may need to verify your identity and state of residence. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted, but we may require proof of authorization and direct identity verification. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
These rights are subject to exceptions. For example, we may retain information needed to complete a requested transaction, maintain security, comply with law, establish or defend legal claims, or keep a record of your request and our response.
California notice
California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, including rights to know, access, correct, delete, and obtain information in a portable format, as well as rights to opt out of sale or sharing and to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information. The categories collected, sources, purposes, and categories of recipients are described above. ZeusDebt does not offer a financial incentive or price difference in exchange for personal information through this Site.
California residents may also request information regarding certain disclosures of personal information for third parties’ direct-marketing purposes where applicable. Submit requests through the contact method below.
Children and United States audience
The Site is intended for adults in the United States and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 through the Soft-Pull Review. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
Third-party websites and services
The Site may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, not this Policy. Review those notices before providing information.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
